Our boards of directors
Our management team consists of two board members who are jointly responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of our company.
We are firmly convinced that wallpaper can make the difference in any room. With this conviction in our hearts and our powerful team behind us, we are fully motivated to drive our company and our product forward successfully and sustainably.

Tim Herder (Chairman)
Sales, Marketing, Production and Logistics
Mr Tim Herder (born 1982) completed his dual studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Bergisch Gladbach in 2006.
During his studies, he gained his first professional experience in sales and marketing at LTU International Airways and BMW in Germany and abroad.
From 2007 to 2011 he worked for Mazda Motor Europe GmbH and Mazda Motors (Deutschland) GmbH in Leverkusen, focusing on project management and sales.
At the end of 2011, he moved to A.S. Création, where he took over as Head of Sales "Export" in 2015. Since 1 May 2022, he has been responsible for Sales and Marketing as a member of the Management Board.
Tim Herder took over the role of CEO on 1 January 2024 and has also been responsible for Production and Logistics since March 2024.
Michael Rockenbach
Finances, IT and Human Resources
Michael Rockenbach (born 1976) began his professional career with a banking apprenticeship at Commerzbank.
He then studied business administration at the University of Cologne and gained professional experience in banking, controlling and auditing during his studies.
After completing his studies, he worked at Ernst & Young in the auditing department from 2004 to 2010, during which time he passed the tax consultant and auditor exams. From 2010 to 2021, he worked at Grohe AG, from 2014 in the role of Vice President Finance. In 2021, he moved to TROX GmbH and managed the finance department as Head of Division and Member of the Extended Management Board until April 2024.
Michael Rockenbach has been a member of the Managing Board and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at A.S. Création since 1 May 2024. He took over the department from Maik Krämer on 1 June 2024 and is responsible for Finance, IT and Human Resources.
