Our capital market communication
We aim to provide the capital market with transparent, reliable and contemporary information about A.S. Création’s performance. Our financial reports offer insight into the company’s financial position: The annual report summarizes the past fiscal year, the semiannual report provides information on performance in the current year and this is supplemented by quarterly reports.
In addition, we provide presentations by the Executive Board, such as those given at capital markets conferences, analyst and investor events or roadshows.
We also provide information on significant capital market-related matters as they arise. These include, in particular, ad hoc announcements as well as disclosures regarding transactions by executives and their related parties (directors’ dealings).
Since September 1, 2026, A.S. Création shares have been listed in the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Previous voting rights notifications pursuant to Sections 33 et seq. of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) can still be found in our archive.
