Our capital market communication
In our annual report, we provide our shareholders, banks, analysts and all other capital market participants with detailed information on the results of the past fiscal year. Business developments in the current fiscal year are presented and explained in the quarterly interim reports.
In addition, we publish presentations given by the Executive Board, for example at capital market conferences or roadshows. In this way we ensure that all capital market participants have equal access to the Company's information.
In addition to these regular reports, capital market-oriented companies are required by law to provide information on certain matters on an ad hoc basis. These include notifications of insider information (so-called ad-hoc notifications), notifications of share purchases or sales by executives of A.S. Création (so-called directors' dealings) and notifications when investors have exceeded or fallen below certain shareholdings in A.S. Création Tapeten AG (so-called voting rights notifications).
