We conceive of privacy protection as a sign of customer-oriented quality. As such, we ensure to the best of our ability the greatest possible protection of personal data. A.S. Right of objection

If we process personal data as explained above in order to preserve our interests, which are largely legitimate in the context of weighing our interests, you can object to this processing with immediate future effect. If the data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing, you can exercise this right at any time as described above. If the processing is occurring for other purposes, you only have a right of objection if reasons exist that arise from your particular situation.

2. Access data and hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Every time a website is accessed, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file that, for example, contains the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transmitted and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access.

This access data will only be analysed for the purposes of ensuring a fault-free operation of the site and improving our services. Pursuant to article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR [General Data Protection Regulation], this serves to preserve our interests in correctly representing our offer, which is largely legitimate in the context of weighing our interests. Any access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your site visit.

We collect personal data when you contact us (e.g. via a contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such, since in these cases we need the data to process your enquiry. You cannot send the contact form without providing this information. Which data is to be collected is evident from the respective entry forms. Pursuant to article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we use the data provided by you to process your enquiries. After completion of the contract, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after any tax and commercial retention periods have elapsed, unless you have expressly consented to a further use of your data or we are entitled to continue to use the data, which is legally permitted and for which we inform you in this declaration.

4. Newsletter

4.1 We use a double-opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter. This means that after you have registered for our newsletter, we will send you an e-mail to the specified e-mail address in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. Only your e-mail address is required for sending the newsletter. If you do not confirm your subscription within 7 days, your data will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month.

Our website uses so-called social links from social networks Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest.

8. Videos

8.1 Virtual tour

In the Virtual Showroom we offer you a virtual tour through our showroom. The video is hosted on the server of Matterport Inc. Matterport Inc. (address: 352 E. 8.2 YouTube video

a. If you would like to watch a video, you will be directed to our YouTube website via the link.

b. YouTube is operated by Google Inc. (address: 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The responsible party and contact person in the EU is Google Ireland Limited (address: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

c. YouTube collects various information about your website visit. The personal data is anonymised and may be transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Your anonymised personal data may be used by Google for any of its own purposes, such as profiling, and may be linked to other data. If you are logged in to your Google account, your data will be directly assigned to your Google account. If you do not wish this association, you must log out of Google. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or designing its website in line with requirements. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. If you wish to contact us via the contact form (for general contact, to order interim reports), the following personal data is collected as mandatory data within the scope of our business relationship or the initiation of a business relationship: First and last name, postcode and city, country, email address. You can voluntarily provide us with further data such as company, street address and telephone number.

If you contact us via individual email addresses, we will process the personal data necessary to carry out your request.

All personal data will only be stored for the period for which they are required, unless storage is necessary for other legal reasons; however, for a maximum of ten (10) years after termination of the business relationship or completion of the enquiry.
