Our boards of directors
Our management team consists of two board members who are jointly responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of our company.
We are firmly convinced that wallpaper can make the difference in any room. With this conviction in our hearts and our powerful team behind us, we are fully motivated to drive our company and our product forward successfully and sustainably.

Tim Herder
Tim Herder (Chairman)
Sales, Marketing, Production and Logistics
Mr Tim Herder (born 1982) completed his dual studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Bergisch Gladbach in 2006.
During his studies, he gained his first professional experience in sales and marketing at LTU International Airways and BMW in Germany and abroad.
From 2007 to 2011 he worked for Mazda Motor Europe GmbH and Mazda Motors (Deutschland) GmbH in Leverkusen, focusing on project management and sales.
At the end of 2011, he moved to A.S. Création, where he took over as Head of Sales "Export" in 2015. Since 1 May 2022, he has been responsible for Sales and Marketing as a member of the Management Board.
Tim Herder took over the role of CEO on 1 January 2024 and has also been responsible for Production and Logistics since March 2024.
Maik Krämer
Finances and Controlling, Purchasing and materials management
Mr Krämer (born 1968) completed his studies in business administration at the University of Cologne and the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Paris, in 1993.
During his studies, he gained his first professional experience in controlling and accounting at the HANIEL Group in Germany and abroad. From 1994 to 1999 he worked for Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH, Duisburg, in the central business administration department, which he eventually headed.
Maik Krämer has been working for A.S. Création since 1 January 2000. He has been a member of the Managing Board of A.S. Création Tapeten AG since 1 April 2001 and is responsible for Finance and Controlling as well as Purchasing and Materials Management.
